The KWRA believes the ruling by the Coordinator General, Colin Jensen, in regard to the proposed Wooloowin Worksite should be a clear and resounding:

Our reasons are covered in the "No Shaft" section and were clearly articulated to the Coordinator General Mr Colin Jensen, in person by a delegation of 9 residents, on August 28, 2009.

We believe the millions of dollars saved by not sinking a 42m shaft in the heart of Wooloowin should be distributed to the individuals and families at the Kedron, Toombul and Bowen Hills sites whose lives have been pushed over the edge - they deserve at least this.
